Got da wrath
I thought the only things I got from my dad were my big eyes and my last name. Apparently I have something else - his angry genes.
Meet my dad and his wrath attacks. These are two just from last week:

(Note: He did put an ad giving away a dog, but he forgot)
And here’s why I’m sure that my usual bad temper is now falling into the category of wrath attacks (the one in the pink shirt is my mom):

Honestly, I don’t want to become my father. It seems inevitable though, I just need a semi bald head and a willie.
Are you in a way becoming like your parents as you grow up? If so, is it in a good or a bad way?

Freaking out about someone washing the car with your pants is more acceptable than the two above. :)
Personality wise, I think I’m like my dad. I can’t pinpoint specific things, but just in general.
My mom totally uses my pants for cleaning, except they are old and torn anyways :P
It’s hard for me to tell if I’m becoming like my parents — I don’t really feel it, but then again I’m probably not being objective.
Growing up (and still now), my mom hasn’t shown my dad hardly any affection and I think that’s why I’m not much of an affectionate person so I guess it’s effecting me in a bad way ’cause I don’t want to give off a coldish vide, know what I mean? lol. My mom is extremely stubborn and I know for a fact I get that from her. I kind of enjoy being stubborn though, the majority of the time I’m right anyways (like 99.99999992%). Oh man. My dad gets upset sometimes and curses and I swear it seems like all hell is about to break loose ’cause I’m used to seeing him being calm and collected haha. Those pictures are cool though but WOW @ your mom using your jeans to wash a car. Doesn’t she know jeans are expensive nowadays??!
This was hilarious! My dad use to have quite the temper too, too.
I think I’m becoming more like my mother. It’s little mannerisms I’m starting to pick. Plus, sometimes I’ll walk past a mirror, look back, and think to myself, “wow…I really look like my mother”. Not that that’s a bad thing.
Lol I love this. Your drawings are so cute!
I’m still kind of at that age where I would never in a million years want to be like my parents. So, maybe I’ll get back to you in a few years and answer the question. :P
The illustrations are cute. :P The 2nd one makes me sad though about the girl who’s puppy died. :(
LOL I love your illustrations. As for anger… you’re lucky you’re not me. I’m constantly sighing and moaning when my mom puts her head in my room (that make s a nice ‘good morning’ :P )
Besides, shouting is stress releasing ;)
LMAO about the ad. That’s hilarious! :D
No… stop… I will NEVER become my mother!!!!!11111!!!!
LOL.
You know what they say… if you want to know how you’ll turn out later in life, take a look at your parents! The possibility of having the same anger/laziness/phobic issues as my mother scares me to death, though.
Once I thought I was on my way to becoming bipolar (just like her), but the psychologist said that I had no disorders (huh!) and that it’s important not to suggest ourselves. I am definitely clinging to his professional opinion!
The second one (about the girl and her puppy) makes me sad, poor girl. :(
I’m not like either parent (I don’t think)… My dad has a huge anger problem though.
i know its not a laughing matter, but those were done brilliantly. The last one reminds me of me and my mother cept i’m the one in pink =\ I don’t got much of a temper but i lose my patience with stupid people I know thats bad to say but its true. did your dad really yell at some kid on the phone? Aww poor kid. No i think you may have some traits of his, but think about it and how old he is now, he must have a lot of stress to get him to the point of yelling, and your pretty young so I don’t feel you would be anything like that, people handle stress differently. My mother dont handle stress good at all, she is constantly yelling at me lol but that usually happens on the phone so I hang up after a while cos i don’t want to hear it. But it don’t mean i’m like her, same with you i don’t think you are going to be like your father, everyone has their angry moments.
