Look, new layout
Aw look, the cityscape layout is gone and another blue design is here to take its place. I think this is the first time I try rounded corners, it was easier to achieve than I thought. The width of the content area is fixed though, I feel like I’m back in 2001. Comments and suggestions are welcome! I’m still tweaking it, so please do tell me if you find something hard to read or if anything looks funny.
Speaking of web design, Ben and Rachael have opened a lovely new website, go visit CSSbake! This website, unlike most other CSS galleries, focuses on the individual “ingredients” of a website’s design. It features websites with pretty amazing headers, sidebars, footers, navigation, archives and forms. Thanks to them for including my website in the header’s category, that’s flattering. Too bad I was already taking down the city layout when I found out.
On other notes, is it me or is time passing faster than usual? Only 11 days until the Iron Maiden concert!
Oo. Rounded corners make me feel warm and fuzzy inside; so do image rollovers, but I’m not skilled enough in CSS to make them yet. On my MacBook, the words in the footer are kind-of hard to read. It may be my eyesight is leaving me (I’m turning into an old person!), or it’s the glossiness of my screen.
The little pink flower on the right side of the layout looks kind-of out of place to me, but it’s just a personal preference. I really like all the other flower brushes though. You make me feel bad for reusing one of my old layouts. Darn you.
Lovely new layout! I use a Macbook as well, the bottom is indeed a little hard to read. Other than that, it’s awesome!

I am new to here, and came from CSS Bake. I have to say. I love this design. It is so simple and calm looking. Definitely will be adding this site to my favs list.

Everything looks good to me. Especially the blue color!! Oh *sighs* I just love blue and all shades of it. The footer is a little difficult to read, but is that what you were going for? If it is, it still looks fine! You’ve done an excellent job. :)
I like this, the colors are calm and soothing. Rounder corners just gives everything an extra oomph.

Love the new layout. I like layouts with rounded corners. It also has a very airy feel to it. This layout get Kiera’s Seal of Approval. :P
Yes, i think the time has been going by very fast. It’s March already! It feels like it was January yesterday.
I miss city-shape. This one is nice too though. But I still miss the city-shape.
