Isn’t that irresponsible?
People here never cease to amaze and freak me out. A couple of days ago I was out with my family and we see this when we stopped at a red light. I’ll put it in a drawing for you.

The truck had a phone number to call the company and report if the vehicle was driven irresponsibly or something, so my sister pulled out the phone and dialed the number immediately. I never thought someone actually called those numbers. She hung up immediately after they answered, because apparently, the driver carries the phone.

I seriously hope those tanks he had there were empty, and that he doesn’t really smoke when he is delivering gas.

Lmao @ the driver carrying the phone! That made me laugh so hard :P
I didn’t know anyone actually called those numbers, either.
Oh my god O_O That’s so dangerous x_X Don’t they understand that their lives, and the lives of many others may be endangered with their careless acts?
I guess the company is just.plain.stupid. Maybe you can report to higher authorities to strike fear in those type of people :P
Oh God!! That’s crazy! Also, kind of pointless to call the driver to tell him he’s driving irresponsibly. If he really cared, wouldn’t he be careful in the first place?
LOL — that reminds me of a little twisted fantasy I have of lighting a match and throwing it at one of those Exxon trucks… is this the result of too many action movies?
LOL. Wow that’s terrible.
LOL What the hell? That’s a complete hazard! I’d dial 911 right after that.
Hahaha! XD It’s even crazier that he actually was the one answering that number! Kind of freaky…just wow…
That’s scary. T_T I would have tried to drive away from him… What an idiot, though. XD Maybe the tanks were empty. Yeah, that’s it. They were empty… I hope.
WTF at him having the phone with that number though.
I see people doing those stupid things all the time. It is really a scary thought to think of how many people do that.
One time there was one of those “OVERSIZED LOADS” driving in the right lane and so I would not be stuck behind it or in some freak occurrence get killed from one of the unbolted down pieces of wood, I went into the left lane and right as I was getting passed the truck, the jackass driving did not look and started to come into my lane. I ended up on grass medium, almost in the pond that was right there (Where I live, they are stupid and never put up side rails :P).
LOL. Okay, I know this is actually a serious and dangerous matter, but the situation is rather funny. XD But yes, if I had been there, I would’ve been pretty freaked out … if that truck exploded or something, I would so not want to be nearby. x.x
I guess maybe it’s a company owned by him or something … or he’s one of the higher-ups. =.= Wow.
And thanks for the advice you gave me on my site =) It is sound advice, and I will try my best to follow it.
ROFL WIN!
Isn’t answering mobile phones supposed to be dangerous around gas as well? :S
Lol nice one! Yeah just who in the world would actually call the number? Pffft you guys just have too much time on your hands.
I feel bad because I just laughed :S.
But I personally would’ve dialled *555 (traffic control) or 111 (emergency number here).
LMAO. I can’t believe the driver carries the phone that you are urged to call if the driver is acting irresponsibly. Nice.
Bohahaha!
I’ve wondered what the experience would be like to call those numbers on the back/side of the truck. You would think that that kind of stuff goes to a call center or something, not the driver himself!
LMAO!!!
LMAO! That’s so funny!
Anyway hi! Found your website through New Millenium and thought I’d say hi! =)
Hahaha. This is funny yet horrifying at the same time.
Ha, wow, how dumb could you be. I mean do you not notice the writing on the side of the truck?!
But yeah, I never thought people would actually have to use those numbers too. That’s stupid to have the driver answer the phone though.
Omg hahahaha that is sooo hilarious and stupid! How idiotic can someone be? You sister should’ve totally called the person. I didn’t know it was the driver who holds the phones to those numbers… isn’t it kinda dangerous? You’re not suppose to be talking on the phone while your driving anyway.
LMAO. I always thought those calls go to their head office, or just any kind of office, lol, I never thought they went to the driver. Your sister should have said something… XD
Lol, if it were me and my family, I would probably be yelling “Change lanes, nao!” like there’s no tomorrow. That’s so… dangerous. *shakes head*
That was a very irresponsible and stupid thing for him to do. What’s more is that they’ll have the violator answer the phone, which is even more stupid.
Oh my gosh, that is horrible!!!
That’s terrible! I don’t understand how people can even think of doing things like that, or rather, not think at all when they’re supposed to be doing things that are potentially harmful not only to themselves but to others as well. Maybe your sister should’ve told him off anyway, and told him off for answering the phone as well. :P
Oh dear. That sucks, and is really quite scary!
I do like your diagrams though, they’re awesome!
This is hilarious and TERRIFYING at the same time.
I must say, your drawing skills are excellent!
Was it the boss, I wonder? My company sells devices for tracking cars (for a company who wants to know what his drivers are up to): and the bosses are always very very prudent… and all drivers hate us LOL
I hope the tanks were empty.
Those deserts below are mightily distracting you know. *has sudden craving*
LOL. Oh gawd! People are so stupid at times… But gosh, these drawings made my day!!
Wow, that guy sounds like an idiot!
OMG!!! The irony - a freaking dangerous one at that too. Imagine if a burning ash just happened to fly onto one of those tanks. o.O
WTF i hope too this was empty ! I guess it was… But maybe even empty there is still a danger ? or maybe not ^^
PS : nice drawing :D
